Managing Partners

Dave Graham

Managing Partner Arizona Bay, LLC and Managing Partner Arizona Bay Technology Ventures

For more than a decade Dave has been building and operating tech and e-commerce companies. Dave works hands-on with entrepreneurial start-ups on strategic development, investment and operations. He is tireless in championing the little guy in his fight for start-up capital and knows how to effectively manage the seed money when it has been sown. The BA from the University of California at Los Angeles and the MBA from Columbia has helped along the way, but the real-life creation and shaping of companies make shinier badges of honor.

Dave sits on the Board of Directors of three of Arizona Bay Technology Ventures’ portfolio companies: CloudSponge, TrustMe.com, and Ubergateway and is a founding partner of Greestart.com, a cleantech-focused start-up accelerator.

Jeff Natland

Founder, Partner at Arizona Bay Consulting and Managing Partner at Arizona Bay Technology Ventures

Equally comfortable in technology and business, Jeff has started several technology-focused businesses, helped manage and grow dozens of others, and is an active angel investor, board member and advisor. Previously serving as the Chief Information Officer at Neteller PLC (now Optimal Payments PLC), he helped grow the business to over 2 million customers and over 170 million per year in revenue.

Jay Gibb

Partner Arizona Bay, LLC and Managing Partner Arizona Bay Technology Ventures

After years in the binary trenches, Jay finally crawled into the light in 2000 to become his own boss. As co-founder of Arizona Bay, Jay immediately proved himself invaluable as the lead software architect for Arizona Bay projects. He continues to be responsible for the direction and strategy of the technologies used to design and implement solutions for Arizona Bay clients. With one finger still in the coding pie, Jay leads Arizona Bay's teams of designers and developers, empowering and encouraging the AB crew to make intelligent decisions about the products they build. Jay's specialized knowledge and technological spidey senses have led to numerous successful ventures and investments for Arizona Bay.

Jay sits on the Board of Directors of three of Arizona Bay Technology Ventures’ portfolio companies: CloudSponge, TrustMe.com, and Ubergateway.
